Union Pacific can go **** themselves. They raised their rates, and this is a direct quote, "Because we can." I asked if they needed to and, again, direct quote, "No. Everyone else is raising their rates so it's free money."

Them, California, and everyone that supports this shit can go **** themselves.

They need something because what they’re doing isn’t working lol.

That Chicago video is crazy.
Shoulda made myself clear with the "Shack" reference.

He's the bull in the movie, "The Emperor Of The North Pole".
Classic railroad movie starring Ernest Borgnine and Lee Marvin.

Found the Chicago video!

Inside Edition did a piece on the LA train robberies the other day. Here's the long and short of it: Trains slow down or stop as they transit through Lincoln Heights. As the trains slow down, thieves jump on board with bolt cutters, start cutting open containers and they toss loot to their friends on the ground. Lots of stuff just gets left behind, unopened. The woke DA's office doesn't do anything to the thieves that get caught and the cycle continues.
Wow.
Absolutely terrible!!!!

I had to look up the reference and I’ll be watching that movie this weekend lol. I love the movies from that era and Marvin and Borgnine are legends.

I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do with trespassers on my trains honestly. We have 2 railroad cops for 700 miles of track so unless the perp wants to wait until next Tuesday they’re pretty much guaranteed to get away lol.

Can't they better secure the rail cargo cars? These thugs were using bolt cutters to get in. Seems it is easier to break the seal than it should be. JMO.

you better not touch them or harm them or else you’ll be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.

Here's a view of the area on Google maps. The rail yard is in the middle of one of the worst parts of LA. You are right near LA County Jail (Twin Towers) and Skid Row, it's not a nice place to be, trust me.

However, if you are in the area, I highly recommend Phillipe The Original.

It is funny that at one point in the past the rail lines and the area that surrounded them were the hubs of the city.... now not so much.

If you want a good look at the urban decay in the LA area I suggest checking out Streetpeopleofloasangeles and LAhoodlife on IG. They are doing some of the best journalism in LA and are committed to holding those responsible accountable for their (in)actions. It is incredibly sad to see what the democrat/uniparty policies have done to LA.

Union Pacific is now complaining about theft at the LA rail yard, but the far-Left DA (Gascon) is pointing the blame away from the hood rats committing the crimes and on Union Pacific for "not doing enough" to secure their rail cars.

Yeah and UP already told Newsom and the LA mayor both they either do something or they are shutting down and moving their operations elsewhere. Which is a big chunk of their tax base gone. Now these bleeding hearl libs are between a rock and a hard space either protect their hoodlum allies or their cash cow they can not have both.

Hence why Idiot was out there doing a photo op on how hands on he is about cleaning up his 3rd world city and state.
