Looking into a used 2020 and curious, the history shows this as a "Fleet" vehicle in Southfield, Mich.

Car made and shipped to dealer(none ever listed) in 7/20/19. Vehicle then reported/purchased in 7/29/20 with 10 miles in Southfield, Mich. Then, 12/23/2020, report says it went to Auto Auction with 12,172 miles. That's 12K miles in 5 months but the report never shows the car going to an actual dealer or being registered.

Since then the car has gone to 2 add'l Car auctions and never sold/registered. Has sat since 12/23/20 with the 12K miles still on it.

Was this a test car by chance? Clean history but really that's all that's reported on the car.

Not 100% without pulling a report but in my experience the test cars came delivered with 30/40miles off the truck. My good friend and I went back in 20’ to pick his up (new) and his had 35 miles on it (non dealer prep). He wasn’t too happy til the dealer found out, it was pulled off the line for testing per a QC requirement after x number thru the line. It’s been problem free as far as I know.

If it's a PP, that's pre-production. Should've been scrapped.

Interesting - so is that a good or bad thing if the car is for sale and available to public, it's at a Ford Dealer in South Georgia. Don't know how it ended up in S.C./GA area straight from Michigan. Went to Auction and has sat ever since.

It's a base car for sure, sticker on it is low 70s with a $10K markup. Doesn't even have the B&O sounds system or Electronics package.

Only options were Kona Blue vinyl stripes and Car cover.

Yeah that's super strange. Shouldn't be available to the public.

I’ve had one car like that and it was rock solid. Maybe better QC?
Will also to be interested if it’s a true PP car.
My friend bought a 2013 every option GT500 that was an executive car. Similar history and miles but not the PP designation

PP cars make it out every now and then. There have been a few PP GT350's out there. I met a guy this summer with one.

I had yet to hear of a PP GT500 though.

Help me understand why it's not a good idea to borrow on your own money(401K) and pay the interest back to your fund instead of giving it to a bank?

Wouldn't be borrowing $100K from it, more like $20K against it.
I did the same bc writing a check for $25k was less stress. Except I only borrowed half that and paid the 2yr loan off a year early
