Yes she does!
Throaty and nasty in a good way. I can only imagine the adrenalin surge when you take it out to stretch her legs. Love it!
It's a fun ride for sure. Road car, not for the weak of heart
Bad ass!!
Nice car.
Thank you
Sounds awesome.
Thanks Brad
Thanks
So oil stains everywhere?
Nope
A cammed V10 sounds amazing IMO.
Yes it does
Sounds awesome! I still want to do that to mine someday.
Do it!
Sounds great.. not going to lie a last gen 5 Viper is a bucket list car for me.
They are not going to be making any more of them. With only 2427 ever made, better find one soon!
Thanks
That makes two of us but honestly at this point I don't want the loudness of it. I want the hp gain and just a little of the chop lol.
As soon as you drive, you don't even know it has a cam. Only at idle.
Make that 3 of us. Though I'm addicted to the 'chop' of the Nth Moto cam.

Sick!
Sounds amazing. I’ve always liked vipers. GenII hardtops...
I have always liked them as well.
I am jealous AF
Ha Ha. Thanks man

What exhaust set up do you have on it? I have VE's titanium cat back and hi-flows at the moment but I want to get some longtubes soon

I'm curious where this Viper sits on your personally owned high performance vehicles list as far as a favorite. It would probably be at THE top of mine. Not as a daily driver, of course, but one that bumps my adrenaline to the max.

Back in 1999, I got to drive a Busch car in Florida and I still remember the experience, the sound, the vibrations that pulsated through my body and head....yeah, that is probably how I'd describe owning a Viper like yours. How could you ever forget the driving experience.

It is a different experience for sure Bob. I didn't realize that it was as much of a road car that it is. It's like driving a giant go cart on steroids. The handling is superb and the brakes are fantastic as well. While it's no where near as fast as my last Mustang was, it is very fun to drive.

The Mustang was a thrill at WOT feeling 21+ psi of boost and accelerating like a rocket, but that was only .0001% of the time you drove the car. The other 99.999% of the time it was driving a stock automatic Mustang. This is fun to drive at any speed and you are still having to shift gears and be part of the car.

It's sad to see where this world is going with EV's and automatic and self driving cars, when driving is an experience that will be lost for future generations. While the EV's are fast, like the Mustang, they don't have the same driving experience.

I'm sure I am not the only one to relate to this.

Being a Ford guy most my life, I have to give Dodge my hats off to building a Big Block, All Aluminum V-10, 6 Speed Manual gearbox, All Carbon Fiber road car.

Kevin, when you said "my hats off to building a Big Block, All Aluminum V-10, 6 Speed Manual gearbox, All Carbon Fiber road car", you said a mouthful. As the auto industry goes in an entirely different direction, master pieces like the Viper really need to be appreciated.

The Gen 5s are truly a gem and when they were out, they had the largest displacement engine of any passenger car since WW2, the largest single piece of carbon fiber in an OEM car (the hood/clamshell), the largest tire footprint of any production car (larger than the Veyron even), and the ACR had more lap records than any other production car. Truly underrated but now deserving of the $250k for a nice Gen 5 ACR.
