I used to immediately call people that did shit like this terrible people, but I guess I’ve aged a little.

Was his decision a horrible one? Yes. Probably wasn’t his first time either. And yea, I also agree he should do a lot of sitting.

I can’t sit here and say I’ve NEVER driven when I probably shouldn’t have. But I can say I’ve ever tested fate in those situations either.

Garbage situation for everyone all because someone with money to burn wanted to have fun instead of be responsible.
I can honestly say I've done things that I should have had the shit kicked out of me for... I've learned thanks to other people's mistakes

Wanna know what is really disgusting? After Andy Reid’s son (who also coaches for the Chiefs) got drunk and caused an accident the week before the Super Bowl, the NFL launched a car service for players, coaches and staff. If you can’t drive, call the number and a car will come and get you.

I just did some research and discovered that the NFL did away with their league wide car service two years ago. NFLPA driver program no longer available at time of Ruggs’ crash
This article from ESPN said the raiders do offer a car service. So while not league wide, it may still be offered on a team by team basis.

Saw this article on Fox News. Now....my stance even being an Alabama fan is he needs to be punished to the furthest extent of the law. If he has any remorse it should take him to brink of suicide if not actually giving up the ghost. My heart only goes out to the innocent lady and her dog.
With that being said the amount of racism that was being commented was pretty terrible. I made a comment and was told if I got mugged by a Black Man I would be racist as well. Couldn't be further from the truth. Honestly I don't even know why bothered, maybe the dog. Then they traveled down the road of statistics yada yada which I have used to make the same point but not to blanket ALL Black People. I don't want to be blanketed in the same fashion. People Are Exhausting, totally my fault for allowing it.

Yup the raiders do offer this service. So it was available to him.

The raiders in their statement when they released him said they offer that to their players at the team level, so while not league wide it certainly was an option for him.

Thanks for the correction, gents. I was misinformed. However it looks like the service was made available to him through the team rather than the league.
