Factory shifter or BARTON?

I bought a Ford Racing shifter and 1 piece driveshaft. The shifter currently in my car has BARTON etched/labled on the top. I am assuming the factory shifter has been replaced with a BARTON shifter?

I would say so and I'm pretty sure Barton is the company that makes the Ford Racing shifter.
