I'm trying to see how much boost I'll push with a 2.70 pulley and I see 3 different estimations:
Stock is estimated at 8.6lbs.
Metco says 5-6 (13.6 to 14.6):
Supercharger Pulley, : Metco Motorsports

Billetflow says 6-7 (14.6-15.6):
Supercharger Pulleys

The chart on Bob's site shows 14.4 (about 5.8 above stock)

What are you guys with a 2.7 or 2.76 pushing? Is it close to 13.5 or 15.5?

I remember back in the day when we were first experimenting with pulley swaps, the 2.80 upper guys were seeing 14lbs around there. The 2.76 guys were seeing 15ish lbs of boost.

Wow, the boost with the 2.70/2.76 must be crazy. On a FB group, one guy was talking about seeing 26lbs with an aftermarket blower. I could only imagine how that must feel to drive

Exhaust mods (ie. headers) will have an effect on boost levels.

I think a 26-30lb twinscrew setup, like a gen 5 3.0 whipple, will be such a blast to drive. Imagine having all that tq on tap lol. I would love to drive a 900-1000rwhp twinscrew cobra on the street.

I've got 12.5# with a 2.90 and Bassani mid length headers. I'm curious if it would be worth it to go smaller to a 2.76.

I see them on 03/04 parts FB group for sale for relatively cheap quite often.

The smaller the pulley, the more heat you will make. You will not see an increase in hp. The tq will increase a little, but, remember, when you are driving around, looking to have fun, the tq you saw on the dyno, will not reflect on the street when the eaton is overspun.
