I am thinking of something new and contemplating mods. Any advice would be great.

Blower: Kong ported stock with upper/lower or 2650?
TB: Kong 112
Intercooler: Kong bricks
Headers: not sure which brand. Kooks?
Exhaust: Stock or Corsa?
Cam: Stage 4 (can I use stock lifters/springs?)
Flex fuel/fuel system? I do not know anything about these, can I just run flex fuel sensor with auxiliary fuel pump? ID1050s or 1300s?

Other:
Expansion tank?
CAI?
Is Kong lid worth it? Supposedly adds 50 whp so ported stock with this would add more than a 2650 for less money.

As an owner of a V2, I can tell you that you can probably get away with an aux fuel pump in-line with the stock fuel pumps and then add a flex sensor in. I would skip the 1050's and go straight to the 1300's, save yourself the time and money.

The rest of your questions I don't know anything about.

Stop being a puss and buy one already. Every 6 months or so you post about buying a ZR1.
BTW 1300's, do the springs if doing a cam, I say lifters too, but that's me, it would help me sleep better.
Good luck.

They are hard AF to find right now. In negotiations on one as we speak, hoping it does not fall through. Dont jinx me :)

I had a chance to buy one for $48k and didn’t. It was a “high” mileage one though, 42k miles. Not sure which deal is worse, this one or not straight trading my raptor for a 1997 Supra TT . Both deals were 3 years ago.
The C6 ZR1 is one of my favorite vettes. Good luck to you!

OK mother****ers, looks like I am going to close on a 2011 infernal orange. I have been rock hard since I saw it. Debating whether or not to ship it straight to tuner or do this over the winter.

Mine is 1/69 IO C6zr1s and 1/46 for 2011. My wife asked if I was going to mod it. Of course my answer was "yes."
The mod bug is a bitch.

Although those cars are incredible the way they come from the factory, maybe just an exhaust and intake. I was actually impressed with how my car was stock too.

I would get American Racing Headers and speak to LG Motorsports about other mods or ECS

Remodeling a bathroom right now, and the guy has a couple nice cars.
C6 ZR1 (gotta love that license plate)
James Bond Edition Aston Martin

He's a friend of a friend and says the ZR1 is the best vetter he has owned, and one of the best cars he's owned. He said his Scuderia was the best.
But he has owned several Ferraris, Aston, Vettes, and Porsche so that's gotta tell ya something about tha ZR1

I literally LOL'ed when I saw the plate. He said he saved that plate from a previous C4 ZR1 he had in the past.

I'm still trying to just simply get "SVT" for a MA plate. Been trying for years. One of you ****ers has it

I have decided that ~750 whp is the sweet spot for a street car. You cannot use much more than that on the street and much less than that gets boring. I think that amount in a vette will be super fun.
