Funny. When I went to the track last year with my 3, and ran 3 consistent 11.9’s, not one person came up to me and said my Tesla, nor myself was gay. They were all super impressed with the car and how quick and consistent it was.
*shrugs*

7998 wouldn't call you gay to your face. Easy to insult somebody behind a keyboard, much different in person.

Exactly. I have had ZERO negative experiences in my Tesla from ANYONE, other than the keyboard warriors on this forum who make it painfully apparent they are kids living in momma's basement.

I think some of it is funny and most people are just messing around. But, if you're trying to get someone to see your point of view... its a bit of a distraction.

Also, I'm a grandpa... and I love my basement. Spend most of my time at home down here. LoL

Lol you E-car fellas are so sensitive about your cuck mobiles. Let me know when they start flying E-planes commercially. I'll buy you all ticket, 1st class next to Greta and Leo.

Sure they were pal. What's super impressed mean? Is that like when the slow kid learns to tie his shoe and everybody claps and congratulates him?

Cool. I’ll be waiting tough guy.

Oh my God, give it up dude. I'm not scared of your internet *** fight or your gay bubble car. I'm 6'3 and been working since I was 14. In my 46 years I can say with certainty I've been hit by bigger mamalukes than you. I don't know you from adam, you might be some badass dude, and you might be able to kick my ass, then again you might not. But at the end of the day I'm going to drive off in my 911 or F-150 and you're gonna tuck it in drive off to trickle charger your cuckmobile and blog about your faggotry. Those are facts.

You’re the one that started the shit, so piss off with acting like you’re the victim now.

Tesla released today. To “ unlock this mode” it will take 8-15 minutes every time you want to do it

That's why the MotorTrend said:

2022 Tesla Model S Plaid First Test: 0–60 MPH in 1.98 Seconds*!

*Under very specific conditions dictated by Tesla, that is.

"After an exclusive MotorTrend first test of the new 1,020-hp 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid, a car with a promised 1.99-second 0-60-mph time, we can confirm the 2.0-second 0-60 barrier remains unbroken. Unless, that is, you write your own rules."

Let's be honest here, the real numbers are obviously impressive... but its a joke if you think this car is going to be competitive in actual events. Especially hot-lap and street car events. And no one is waiting at a red light or in traffic for 15 minutes to do a 2 second 0-60 pull.

it’s like a car that goes .. “ yeah I’ll race on the street “ and someone goes “ okay okay”

And it’s wait wait .. let me open my bottle.. pull the seats.. prep the road lol.

dint get me wrong this car is sick AF.. but it’s kinda crazy to see .. “ you have to sit and wait 15 minutes before the car will do what they advertise “

I get it due to safety concerns .. but honestly .. imagine telling someone ..while sitting in the car at a red light

you: “ bro watch this .. we can do 0-60 in less than 2 seconds “

person: sweet! That’s awesome show me!

you: hold on .. we need to go to a parking lot.. and I gotta do this this and that for 15 minutes then we can do it once

person: wut

Videos are up of these things running 9.5x @ 145+ at 50% charge launching on the side of the road.
The 15 minute warm up only seems necessary for achieving absolute max performance.

And is the 'warmup' any different from previous Insane and Ludicrous modes? This always needed to be done for max performance.

Without the 'warm up' it's doing 0-60 in ~2.5 and mid to high 9's. On the street w/ street tires. #4,400 4 door sedan. With full factory warranty.

Also from what I've read, once it's unlocked, it pretty much stays that way until you shut the car off.
