KIA has stepped up their game in a big way. Still wouldn’t own one but can definitely see them becoming popular with the newer generations.

It's a good looking family sedan, outside and inside. But I had to chuckle at the reference to muscle car sedan and how it just "takes off". Sorry, but the Stinger GT (and the sister Genesis G-70 3.3T) are the real muscle sedans in the South Korean camps. This Kia K5 makes 290hp/311tq whereas the Stinger GT makes 365hp/376tq. Muscle aside, the K5 is a more affordable sedan, is nicely equipped, and has more equipment option choices like a 10" display. Overall, I think the K5 is a worthy consideration for anyone looking for a nice, family sedan for a decent price.

I don’t think the stinger or telluride are THAT bad…but, this thing looks like a winner’s choice sneaker growing up. You can just tell it’s from Payless

Kia makes some nice looking vehicles. I believe they purged Audi's head of design a few years ago.

that makes sense to me... their new designs do seem to be spiced up with some of that Audi flavor..

They stole some big players from a lot of different areas.

If I remember right, they got the dude who was in charge of the E30 M3, E36 M3, E39 M5, and the E46 M3 from BMW. He is heading up most of these programs.

They also poached some Range Rover designers I believe.

It's not a bad idea, steal the guys who know what they are doing, and give them a big enough budget to do what they need to do.
