My good friend recently sold his really clean Oxford White with 37xxx miles, VMP, E85, CCW classics and didn't haggle car sold for 35k at first look.
I wouldn't sell mine for 40k.

Redfire, 33k miles, vmp, E85, and true forged mach 5's.

I hear you Bdubbs! Mine hit 39xxx miles. I've had some local interest and they keep asking me, what's my number to sell, for a while i considered posting mine up for 40k? I know i will miss the hell out of it! I just recently swapped in a 2.9 whipple Crusher, and its just wicked!

My wife keeps nagging at me to quit dumping money into it, due to the amount of interest it gets just the way it is. My goal is to enjoy it this year, by that i mean drive it like it was meant to be. If and when i get tired then maybe i'll put a number on it.

Yeah that 2.9 crusher will make it feel like a totally different car. My wife won't let me sell mine. And she only rides in it a couple times a year.

I drove mine yesterday and I seem to forget how fun it is to drive. It can be very tame or down right nasty.

Crazy thing is, it doesn't draw as much attention as my 90 coupe. I always get thumbs up when I'm driving it. The other day a guy pulled up next to me on a bike. Said it sounds awesome, always loved foxbodies and asked what year it is.

I have seen it and it is clean! With the market I’d say it’s a $45,000 car.

OP pre COVID that MC would be a $35,000 car, today it’s at least $5000 more
Probably directly related to people getting stimulus money and throwing it at these cars. Gotta love inflation.

It might go for $70k. The 2 guys bidding on that one on BAT we’re happy to pay it. You never know. The guy that lost that bid war may still be interested in one. Lol

Well, I ended up buying it today :) The box is a spare windshield. It came with some extra spare NOS parts and all the records going back to 2004.

I turned down $55k last fall for mine. The guy that wanted to buy it found another one. Ha has had it for 6 - 8 months and some guy just offered him $50k for his. With the cars being parted out and wrecked I feel they are only going up in value. JMHO!

You have awesome will power.

It's hard. I want to sell both the Shelby and Mystichrome and put $100K in my pocket but I've sold a Mystichrome coupe and convertible before and regretted it. I missed the cars and bought another one a few months later. I know if I sell either of these, I won't be able to find them in this configuration, with such low miles, stock and not being beat on for a low price again. I learned my lesson from the past.

It'd be hard to turn down 50k..... SO many better cars in the price range than a terminator.

I'd agree with that during normal times. But right now everything is way too overpriced. I was looking at GTR's the end of last year/beginning of this one. The cars I was finding for mid 50's were suddenly at 70k.

I look at other cars and they really don't interest me. I had BMW's and they were nothing but maintenance nightmares. Lexus' are nice but they bore me. I'm not crazy about Audi, Mercedes, Range Rover, Corvette, etc. There's really nothing out there that I like besides the 3 cars I have now. I like the new GT500 but I don't like the transmission. Maybe the Raptor R but who knows how much that'll cost.

That's another problem too. I would hate to buy a car now and then end up upside-down in 2 years.
