Why not set the record straight right here in the forum?
You can get charged for each accusation a person says that you did. People have heard many stories and said there was videos and videos being sold to the black market, etc. which was all not true. He was originally charged for those accusations but when they didn’t find anything on his electronics those charges were dropped. (I’ve seen the electronic evidence report). Yes, he is out on bail and he is out with no restrictions. As in no tracking device and no electronic monitoring device. You would think if he was such a huge risk factor, they would’ve put one on him. Also, he is going through a divorce and also have won joint custody of his children. Think about it.. he has the yeti truck but has lost the white mustang. The white mustang was “allegedly” sold the Gil but he couldn’t provide real proof that he purchased it except a hand written bill of sale that wasn’t notarized by the ex. In fact, Gil didn’t even pay her direct, he paid Andy for it for god knows what reason. Frank still has the original notarized bill of sale from the original owner. We have made every attempt to buy the car back and even willing to trade the yeti for it but he gave us the run around and send us photos and videos of the vehicle basically being stripped (I have text messages as proof). As for the Betty the black and blue mustang it’s too far beyond repair and it was stripped after his arrest. Customers had receipts for items and everything was not all returned back to their owners after his arrest. Everything was “fire sold” off with out his knowledge and approval. He was released out on bail with not a single penny to his name or clothes or car. Yes trial is set for November. Things should never get this bad in any relationship when a simple divorce can just happen. One thing I will say is, the science will show the truth. It’s up to the jury to believe in the science. He is working and tuning cars currently but does not have a shop.

So who's responsible for all the people's parts and money that were never returned?

Great question! His attorneys are aware of the situation. He has reached out to those who had receipts still and is working with them on helping them get parts back or what not. A few people we know have told us that his employees were handing out peoples parts that didn’t even belong to the correct people. Also have witnesses so everything will be turned over to the attorney. That is a civil matter and will be dealt with accordingly. However, his criminal matter must be dealt with first then everything else. As for money, he doesn’t have any, he’s required to pay child support and attorney fees, etc. He not able to sell the yeti either.

A lot of us have known frank for a very long time. Frank and I are the same age and we both grew up street racing the same streets here in Vegas. We weren’t the closest friends because he was in to domestics and I’m in to imports but we both have a lot of mutual good friends and even till this day 20 years later we believe in Franks innocence. Frank is a good person and a good dad. It just sucks that one minute you see an amazing power couple on top of the world and the next something crazy happens. We don’t know why or how but we do know that 1 verbal accusation can basically ruin ones life forever. The hardest part is the children that have to go through all of this too. She’s got all the money that was made from the fire sale so maybe people can go ask her.

This part I am happy to see. I wasn't one to lynch him before hearing the whole story. I got real suspicious of the charges once I found out he was out on bail. A shame he had to spend upwards of a year in stir.

"You can get charged for each accusation a person says that you did." no you cannot... Frank was abusive to a few people, before he was arrested for the current issue, the state had made more charges and none have been removed since he was arrested. He has pushed for indigent status on his case ( i.e. he is broke ) - the state would not proceed with a Nov 8th Trial if they didn't have a strong enough case to win. This was not a - what he said / she said thing, that is not how the law works on many of the charges against him. He seems to have a lot of lawyers involved that will plea out some charges, from the current status on the documents looks like $20k bond, so he is out. His bond is a surety bond, So someone else stuck their neck out for the bond amount that he/they will pay, in other words, he got a loan for his bond via a co-sign which is usually the case on large amounts when claiming to be broke ( mom? dad? friend? whatever. Anyone wanting to go after him for loss of property may never see a dime and that is a damn shame. IMO he is looking at a minimum 1.5 to 5 years depending on how the charges get worked out, and it is his first offense. But the last guy I got prosecuted for this, was sent to jail in 2008 and only recently was released in early 2020, so 11+ years? FOR Fewer CHARGES. we will see

I was the guy who worked out a few issues he and his wife had and was maintaining his Domain that I finally released this year, so if you want to go buy his old domain, it should be available soon, when he sees this post he can go buy the domain and redirect it to whatever FYR Solutions ( i assume Frank Yee Racing Solutions) he now calls it with a new URL. I went and saw her the like the day of the ( what someone called ) the fire sale - not like I am a stranger to some of his issues.

Technically I am an old user with a new account, forgot whatever my old login/user/email was since I own like 25 domains

his " worked out a few issues " part? that technically cannot be explained because that would make more unrelated charges

What line of work are you in that gets people prosecuted? And be specific.
