As a long time Corvette fan and owner.. I find this stuff funny as hell.

A side note. Why do people insist on taking vertical videos. So stupid.

I'd make a crack about Vette drivers, but I know I read/heard somewhere that Half of all Vipers ever built were smashed before 1,000 miles. Something like that?

I think alot of these crashes it shows how easily these cars can lose control.

I agree. There are too many nut cases out there on the road. So between drivers losing it entirely (road rage) and very careless driving with no regard for the safety of others, I do try to ensure my own safety because I only have control over how I drive.

I will say my c6z is one of the most predictable and easy cars to drive hard. Power comes on smooth and consistent. It is easier to drive than the big turbo wrx I used to have.

+1 been there, little engine big turbo is tricky and not my cup of tea. These are all essentially "linear" response. I blame cars getting faster and people still wanting 40k miles, rain, snow, etc tires on their car. Works till you turn the driver assists off and now it's game day mother****er! Most of that was just dumb driving not even power/car related.

Pretty sure that blue C8 was a journalist on a test drive.
