In federal elections that is the case (legally at least). Still just pushing back on some of the stuff in the jobs report thread some of which is a little scary. Not for the "funnies" thread though.
I have several. They are called schutz tanks. 275 gal. Not intended for flammable liquid due to static charge. Highly ignorant use. As stated fuel containers for over the road transportation must have a DOT label. Also must be bolted down or have 4 points of connection.

Yes, they make a 330 also, other tank sizes look a lot different. But like mustang guys can pick out a mach 1 vs a gt I know these tanks. Mine resembles the one pictured with a 5x5 cage pattern. The only options on the tanks is the outlet configuration and size.
Not going to lie I use/used a few of these non-DOT bastards at times. Guy is still a complete dumb shit but I'll throw my rocks in the middle of the stoning. Not a plastic bag though and has a way of getting the fuel into the vehicle.
Those are great! I have those as well. Slightly different but available for water also clear in color.
