A venue like that, with a stage for concert events would be really nice. How many acres is the property? Any estimate?

That is a great looking GTO. Gotta love the 4-speed. I could SO live with that as my daily driver. Well, weekend driver! Enjoy it!

I remember those days. My wife and I drove cross country in the late '60s to my duty station in Long Beach, CA and some of the roads on the way had no speed limits. One of those states was Kansas.
