Thanks Bob!! Owner got into a habit of collecting signs and just got big! His place is originally and still is a car fabrication shop, pavement/striping business, then turned into restaurants and concerts with events. It was grown in last couple of years. He's currently building a huge outdoor stage for more concert events.
A venue like that, with a stage for concert events would be really nice. How many acres is the property? Any estimate?

I remember those days. My wife and I drove cross country in the late '60s to my duty station in Long Beach, CA and some of the roads on the way had no speed limits. One of those states was Kansas.
