Call this guy. He usually specializes in gopher removal but he can handle squirrels.

I’ve moved on to crows and squirrels.

Squirrels are dumb but Crows are so wary it’s scary. You can drive past one picking at road kill on the shoulder at 70MPH and they don’t budge. If they’re in the road, they take off every time. I don’t have to tell you about squirrels and roads.

If I step in my back yard with the PCP, crows are instantly airborne and always fly away in a zigzag pattern, never land until out of sight. It’s crazy and I’ve yet to bag one.

No, they’re cool to watch, but if they’re causing destruction then they have to go.

House destruction, completely agree they're a pest then. But I couldn't care less about them messing with the yard.

You need to set yourself up some water traps.

Place 5 gallon buckets around the yard. 2 or 3 should work... Fill them about half way with water and cover the water with bird seed or any type of nuts/food so it looks like a solid floor...This is an open invitation for a death swim. Don't fill the bucket too high or they'll be able to get out.

put a little plank with hooks up to the bucket so they have easy access. sprinkle some seeds on there too...They'll swim around for a bit until the get exhausted and they'll eventually drown.

Bought one of those fake owls to see if it works for the first try. Next step is im going to sprinkle rat poison about 20 yards into the woods on the outside of my fence.
My wife will absolutely NOT let me shoot them. I even pleaded about using a paintball gun. Therefore, she was not informed of step two.
For the people saying they like watching them. 2-3 arent bad at all. Fun to see them grow throughout the spring and year, but when you have 20 something of the bastards plowing your freshly seeded back yard- its a different story!

I shoot them with a .22 air rifle. After cleaning the cat shit out of my garden, I'm tempted to see how well it will take larger pests. I've already trapped all the dumb cats and relocated them to coyote territory.

Our dogs keep them away, to the point where we actually have feeders out to lure them into the yard because the kids love seeing them. It’s great though because the dogs will chase them till their feet fall off which is great exercise for them. Once in a while they catch them and play tug of war with the bodies lol.

I just got home from a 3 day trip and 2 of my 6 pepper plants are gone and my garden is all dug up. They're on borrowed time now.

You're so right. In our last house, we had crows constantly in our back yard. Numerous times I got my BB rifle, (from inside the house) slowly move towards the door, and before I even got to open it, they'd fly off. It was definitely scary how wary they were/are.
