Looks real good. I use apple juice sometimes too to help with moisture.

I wish I would have seen these sooner - it was 5:30 yesterday. LOL
Dang! I waiting out in front of your house, but didn't hear back so I just drove home.

The pork was really good, but not up to my standards. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the smoking that added a bit too much heat for my liking so it was slightly dry compared to my usual. Still better than anything I’ve had from a restaurant or local BBQ shack, IMHO.
