Isn't stupidity causing death, manslaughter?

I think I'm more offended that the word manslaughter hasn't been replaced with humanslaughterlgbtq2
No.

Manslaughter

The unjustifiable, inexcusable, and intentional killing of a human being without deliberation, premeditation, and malice. The unlawful killing of a human being without any deliberation, which may be involuntary, in the commission of a lawful act without due caution and circumspection.

Which is called negligence and he was terminated from the force over it.

Again, watch the video. DC is very much distracted by an angry forming mob. Any member of which could have been armed and hostile.

Floyd wad given plenty of opportunity to comply. Where is his sense of self agency snd responsibility?
I absolutely do not disagree with that.

"In this situation there were space limitations, Mr. Floyd was butted up against patrol car, there was traffic still driving down the street, there were crowd issues that took the attention of the officers and Mr. Floyd was still somewhat resisting, so I think those were all valid reasons to keep him in the prone," he said.

He also said the agitated crowd played a justifiable role in Chauvin continuing to keep Floyd in he prone position, given that the bystanders had distracted and concerned him to the point that he reached for his Mace.

Anyone heard the prosecution flirting with a mistrial today? Introducing evidence late into the trial.

Are you saying they're in trouble for not using narcan or starting CPR or something along those lines?

For taking some sort of action, yes.

We hear all kinds of excuses and see certain precursors prior to an escape/assault attempt. This usually occurs right before the subject realizes the cuffs are going on or during the process.

Most of these are irrelevant or severely minimized at a certain point; subject cuffed/secured, backup arrives etc.

All of these were met.

Plain and simple the crackhead did die of an overdose. I watched the edit clips of ‘I can’t breath’ and while he said that sitting in his front driver seat, I said that’s a dead man walking. He just doesn’t know he is dead yet. Fentanyl causes the ability of breathing to shut down. Because of backyard mixing-cutting and the strength of fentanyl, he was a goner. Say you only need 3 grains of salt sized fentanyl to get high, and the whole shaker got cut in.
The media put their twist into it, even in trial coverage. Higher ups are throwing DC under the bus because the city already paid stupid money for wrongful death, if cop goes to jail then higher ups won’t and neither will city council for giving away tens of million prematurely. It all fits the breakdown of America

But did he actually die from an over dose? Where you there? Are you a legal doctor? Sounds like you just spit some feelings out to form your opinion.

if he could've lived through that much of an OD, he would've placed first in the Fentanyl olympics.

it absolutely cause respiratory distress, as in taking that last realllly long nap, but they know the general public has no idea the specifics.

♂️

A lot of you guys are being too subjective.

I understand and get your point of view but police work, including effecting an arrest, can’t be subjective.

A. You’ll get in trouble
B. You’ll be angry, frustrated, and end up at A.

Youll be extremely surprised how much a drug addict can take. Do some research youll be amazed.

What will surely kill you and me. Can easily be his Breakfast, lunch and dinner for a hard core drugy.

He was in the back of one. He didnt die. So can you explain that?

Yeah he kicked officers all while claiming he wanted out on the ground. It all started with “I can’t choke” that turned into “I can’t breath”. The same squad car they found the speedball that he’s seen throwing in his mouth when the cops first interact with him... that was the dumbest thing you have replied to me so far.
Hell if you’d even take the time to realize now they are trying to risk a mistrial to say the cop cars exhaust increased his CO in his blood enough to make him die... the prosecution is a joke, this trial is a joke, and anyone who at this point still thinks DC likes him is a joke.

But you said that he would have OD in the back of the car. Which he did not.

Maybe it will be a mistrial. Maybe they are all in it together. Then we all get to watch the city burn.

Of course it’s a joke.

Duh.

It’s high profile.

We are held at a higher standard.

Is there something you’re missing or don’t understand?

Of course I wasn’t there, but I have seen it, and had a fentanyl RX for years for migraines. I am very aware of it. You ever been the sober guy around your drunk friends? But how do you know they are over the limit? Are you a dr? What the **** ever.
