Cool EV Mini truck? Alpha WOLF

I don't know if this is a real company...or if they just made some renderings and are taking peoples money...?

But damnit, I can appreciate an EV a whole lot more when it doesn't look like a blob or a spaceship.

People's money AND spac money ... a good rendering or prototype and sales pitch is almost instantly a few billion dollar deal if you have the connections.

The number of EV companies I have never heard of before being mentioned on SeekingAlpha is mind boggling.

I hear ya! But the "starting" price is $36K...which doesn't sound completely crazy...until you realize that means it will be a stripped FWD with limited range.

I imagine a fully optioned one, like in the rendering, would be pushing $45-50K...which is too much IMO.

They're supposed to make car versions too...but as delayed as the "real" EV trucks from Rivian and Tesla are...I doubt these things will be a reality for a long time.

I expect to see some really nicely designed EVs from all of current players (Ford, GM, Kia, Genesis, Acura, Toyota, etc.) that are going to turn heads.

These newcomers are a way off yet before they become a reality that brings the companies a profit. The competition from the big boys is going to make it really tough for them to succeed IMO. I do like that Alpha truck though. The cars, not so much.

I already own one EV truck, you'll be seeing it on SVTP in the future, and I'd like to own one of these too:



The problem is everything on the Ranger EV is obsolete and finding any kind of replacement part is next to impossible.
