sort of. lol.

ive had plenty of people hitting me up for wheels for quite a while. ive also seen some people out there are attempting to knock off our designs so now people can buy the real thing again. i really do not have an interest to dive back into it and fire up TF again so instead, ive decided to work with my manufacturer, Intro Wheels, to help them gain some footing in the mustang scene. Intro wheels manufactured most of my wheels; except the crazy concave wheels. They've been in the industry since 1998 and are one of the most well known wheel manufacturers. over the years they have been involved with designing some prototype wheels for various oems including the cars and trucks many of you are driving. they have also done private label manufacturing for various wheel companies over the years as well. all wheels are 100% manufactured in the USA in Anaheim, CA.

i hooked up with Intro back in 2005 through a friend. i started selling sets of wheels they made that were made to the wrong spec, or finish, or whatever; right here on SVTp. (some of you may remember lol). i started selling enough that the owners said, why dont you just start your own line? that's how TF was started. i used some of their existing and new designs as well as working with them to create some of my own designs, like the super popular Super Sport.

this time around, i really didnt want to get involved wi th the financial, manufacturing and shipping aspect. this will all be 100% done by them. my involvement here is to help develop the brand towards modern domestic muscle, as a liason and rep. Intro is widely known for making truck wheels. theyre ridiculously popular in Texas and probably where most of their business comes from lol. they are also popular in the classic muscle market as well. the owner is a classic Chevy expert and owns a 67 Camaro that was featured at SEMA as well as a 68 mustang fastback he's currently building and has a really custom C10 pick up. they have long been big sponsors of the Good Guys car show as well as made wheels for many Riddler contestants. well, theyve built a ton of wheels for mustangs as well, through me lol.

You will be able to order nearly all of the True Forged wheel designs and many, many more designs that Intro has already for your mustang (or any car). they continue to produce new designs all the time. they have also finally started manufacturing concave wheels including.... the Chicane! im currently having a set of these built for a local guys bagged 61 impala. ill post pics once theyre done and on the car.

as a liaison to the Mustang market, i will work with mustang owners directly to figure out the wheels and specs they need. trust me, nobody at Intro knows anything about terminators/IRS, foxes etc.. lol. they've often called me for assistance when they had an order for a modern mustang. you can PM, call or text me to discuss wheel options and pricing. please note, i can give special pricing to SVTP customers. you will not get the same pricing deal if you call direct. in fact, they will probably just refer you to me lol.

how it works: you contact me to discuss your wheel options/order. i quote you a price. if you decide you want to go through with the order, i contact the office manager at Intro, Shirley, and give her the order with your info and specs all filled out, as well as the quoted price. i will then give you the go ahead to contact her for payment details. credit cards, cash and checks accepted. possibly other forms as well. 50% deposit required for orders to begin. there is NO sales tax for customers outside of CA. Shirley will be your contact for order updates. you can ask me but i just ask her lol. im working remotely and dont go to the shop often. i am not working on commission or salary here. i have other deals worked out with the owner. my goal is to keep putting these great designs on your mustangs while helping them gain a new customer base they are lacking.

while i am here to help connect them to the Mustang world i am also highly interested in expanding into other modern domestic muscle cars such as challenger/charger, camaro, corvette and viper. i can work extra special deals if you own one of these cars and are interested in putting your car on a new set and can provide quality pictures for their social media, as well as your own.

you can see most of Intro's designs on their website but the latest additions are shown on FB and IG. im pushing them to get them added to their website since not everyone is on those social media platforms. not all of the TF designs are on the site either but we do plan to add them at some point. you can certainly order any TF wheel design you want. they will come with Intro center caps as that is what we are trying to promote here.

Intro got started in 2 piece welded forged wheels and that is what they currently working with. they did 3 piece for many years mostly due to their private label customers, such as TF. most of the private label companies have either closed or gone elsewhere for their wheels. hence, Intro is not stocking 3 piece wheels/parts and does not plan to do so at the moment. plus, i am told, many 3 piece parts are very hard to come by right now due to shortage. if you have a set of 3 piece TF wheels that need replacement parts (centers, lips, inner hoops), this can be taken care of. please note costs have gone up quite a bit over the past couple years. they do manufacture 2 piece wheels in size 15" through 30" and are now making wheels for heavy duty lifted trucks in the most popular sizes. being made in 2 piece welded construction means that not all widths and finishes will be available.

Great to hear. I remember seeing intro wheels a lot in the early 00’s when I had my high school chevelle and the pro touring scene was just starting.

I’ve always wanted a set of TF on my car. I do have some faces I’m interested in talking to you about as well.

Good to see you "back", Steve. That's some really nice stuff there. A whole lot of folks here will be grinning ear to ear knowing they can again have access to some of the best wheels in the industry.
