Looking for a GT500 2010-2014. Under $40k Due to budget I know I will get a 10-12. Milage isn’t super important as long as it’s clean and maintained. I’m located in NJ but will travel for right deal. Not picky on color.

You can easily get into the 10-12 cars for under $40k occosionally a 13-14 will pop up as well but just not a ton of high mileage ones to be had.............just not DD for most folks.

A year ago their were numerous 13-14 low mileage for sub $45K and low mileage 10-12 in the mid $30's but not now. Owners are demanding more money but honestly I don't see them selling very quickly. As the bar gets raised the pool of buyers gets smaller, as usual buyers determine what they sell for, Good Luck with your search !

Totally agree with Bill, the prices have gotten extreme, but the buyers will always dictate the price. There is a dealer by me that just got a 14 Deep Impact Blue w/ Black stripes, PP, Track Pack, Recaros, Nav...8k miles for $60k....I will keep an eye on what it actually sells for.

My theory is that many are holding onto the 13-14’s because the new GT500 is the dual clutch auto...great car but some prefer the manual for joy/spirited driving...I do! I think the 13-14 price increasing is now spilling over into the 16-18 GT350’s and they are going up too.

anyways good luck in your search!

Yup, dead on man. This time last year was an all time low for GT500 pricing, ton of deals to be had in both categories.

I think 13/14 cars went up in value just because for the money, they're a steal. New GT500 markup turned a lot of folks off and were like screw it, I'll go pick up a modded 13/14 and have just as much fun. Its not that unusual though, ups and downs with these types of cars. They eventually flatten out to a predictable market price.

Call Carvana?
Honestly they don’t make them anymore so if you love your special Shelby it’s worth what it’s worth to you right?
I wouldn’t take $60k for mine :)

I say that but I wouldn’t do it. I had someone offer me $40K for my Mystichrome and I wanted to sell it so bad but when it came down to it, I just couldn’t part with it. The 3 cars I have now are the ones I’ve always wanted (besides a teal ‘93 Cobra) and it took a while to get them all so I’ll talk about it but, as long as I’m healthy enough to drive them, I’m keeping them.
