Hi Guys, haven't posted in some time. I own a 2012 Raptor, 72K miles on it, been pretty rock solid over the years with no issues. The other day I started having trans issues, eratic down shifting, starting out in 3rd or 5th gear. At first I hoped it was maybe just a one time glitch but nope. Today it became more replicable and predictable. Driving down the highway I all the sudden lost all the speedo, trip, odometer, the wrench logo appeared and airbag light went on, self canceling turn signals stopped working, trans would only function between 3rd and 5th. Did some research, 99% this is a leadframe issue, but noticed there was a recall dealing with eratic shifting, and in conjuction with the recall repairs Ford (according to motortrend) should cover the Leadframe on a 1 time replacement for free since my truck is under 150,000 and under 10 years old. What are your thoughts, should Ford cover it and what can I take to convince them? I have the TSB for the Leadframe already printed.

Take it in. What does the official TSB say or field service on the actual Vin?
