I've never been to a car auction in my life, but wouldn't it take more than one perspective buyer to drive a car up to that price. There had to be other interested parties that were willing to pay that much. Why, I don't know.

I'm gonna follow this. He's done 2 more vids since the first one.

Rebuilding A Wrecked 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 From Salvage Auction Part 1 - YouTube

Rebuilding A Totaled Wrecked 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby Gt500 From Salvage Auction Part 2 - YouTube

First, who had this beauty and wrecked it and what happened? (SAD). 2nd, I think there's A LOT more damage than what's he's saying in the vids. I'm sure there's hidden stuff and it's going to be a surprise once he finds them. He's said the rear subframe isn't bent......well he added all those RR suspension pieces in part 1 and that wheel doesn't look like it's facing straight forward after he's done but he keeps saying the rear suspension is fixed...…………..sure.

It'll be a neat build if he does it properly but I hope he keeps it cause if he's planning on selling that thing...……………….stay away.

It is nice, they put the yellow letters, red arrows, and red circles right on the thumbnails of the YouTube videos to tell me not to watch them.

I like the part where he walks you through repairing the clock spring harness LOL this will definitely be a janky ass repair. I hope this doesn’t get repairs and listed for sale where some one that doesn’t know what they are buying ends up with something that has not been repaired to OEM standards

That guy has more money than Brains.

He's already wanting out of it buy stating just to see what he could get for it.

A) This car will never align, frame is toast.
B) A whole lot more damage than he thinks there is. If he thinks everything is just bolt on replace to repair, he's dumber than I thought.
C) I doubt he ever gets it running and wouldn't pay half the price of what its worth.

I would be willing to bet there is buckles through the entire package tray and inner structure of the car. These newer mustangs twist very easy when the take a hard rail shot and once they do they never measure out the same. We total loss them regularly from idiots smacking into curbs or medians when the lose control and buckle the front rails.

What's your thoughts so far? That rear is still jacked up imo and toast. Right Rear tire is sticking out to the right, no way suspension is fixed on that car like he claimed earlier.

That a-pillar bent also but he said it's fine, fill it in a little and go

So far I'm enjoying seeing the stuff being removed and how they are put together.

Yes that rear suspension is still whacked so we'll wait till it gets on the frame machine to see how it'll be fixed........ if at all.......... hopefully properly (with doubts in my head).
