Its pretty funny watching someone so disconnected to reality spitting out CNN talking points. Why are you even here?

Only ones not in reality were the "stole the steal" people.

^ hes a triggered liberal snowflake

Nope, nope, and nope. Only snowflakes are the ones still on street corners today, waving trump 2020 flags. He lost. Get over it.

So the Clean Air Act was passed in 1963 which means it goes back beyond any of the presidents being argued about, but it just comes down to who's enforcing it and to what degree. Every administration has enforced it because it is the law, but at the moment we have an administration that is taking it a step further and is threatening an entire industry. So yes, Trump's administration enforced THE LAW by fining individual violating companies, however, they did not threaten the entire aftermarket industry and force them to cut entire product lines or their entire product line altogether. That honor goes to the Biden administration and there is no way this can be spun as Trump's fault because the actions the EPA are taking are under the authority of the Clean Air Act.

Ive gotten into fights for far less.

Over 500. Didn’t win them all.

500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are.

He’s just upset cuz he’d get that ass whooped for being a troll keyboard warrior. I bet his balls are nowhere near as big as his mouth to say anything like this to someone in person.

Congrats on being wrong. First I'm not a keyboard warrior. I simply speak my mind. Others are throwing out childish insults, not me. They are the ones who are all talk, throwing out claims of who is stronger, etc. They are the "your mom" crew, 20 years later.

This is simple politics and nothing more. Why they can't discuss such in an adult like manner is lost on me. Maybe they'll learn one day?

The man can bankrupt you with not a single **** to give.

As true as that may be, it doesn't seem to be the driver in this instance. They cite, "Over the last several years the EPA has been consistently moving towards a stronger stance and enforcement of regulations related to the Clean Air Act." They then state, ".. we cannot ensure the products are being used for their intended purpose by the end user."

They don't say, "we're going bankrupt fighting all the litigation and criminal charges." Sounds like they just rolled over.

Doesn't matter.

Trump did stand up to the EPA.

However the EPA is a huge bureaucratic monster.

Just like everyone, Trump does not care about Mustang headers and its far to complicated and technical of a problem to discuss with laymen and politicians. that's the problem.

All the EPA has to do is show a video of some ****** rolling coal and say "see, we're trying to stop this!"

So go spit on the next deleted diesel ****** you see.

I could careless if they roll coal. They enjoy that and should have the freedom to do that. Same as us performance car enthusiasts.

If the EPA called you and said, stop making these products or we will retroactively look at past sales and who you sold them to...you would make the hard decision and try to keep your company alive.
