Can you please send me or post a few pictures of them? Also would you mind giving me his contact info if he is interested in making another set?
I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks again,
Ken

He definitely told me he wasn't interested in making any more. I can take some pics when I get a chance though. They are put away, ill have to dig them out.

Ordered a KMJ Titan Alternator with the 3G wire kit and a set of Bilstein HD Dampers with the groved shocks so I can keep my coil over set up. Springs will be ordered a little bit later on. So sick of MM Race 3 suspension on it when its a street car.

Nice move on upgrading from the Race 3 suspension since it's a street car. The change is ride height should be minimal and still look great.

I actually wanted to get it a little bit higher anyway. Its pretty damn low as it sits now, too low for the road conditions where I am anyway.

No worries on him making anymore, I definitely understand! Would still like to see
Pics if you get a chance. I may be able to replicate them, since I have a thread saved from another site on making them from a factory set of panels.
Thanks
Ken

Not surprising I never noticed that since it took me 15 years to notice the Bullit/Mach Sails.

With that said, not a fan. I do love the Mach Sails and I now have a set that needs painted on my Cobra.

I'm with Corbic, I had to do a double take to notice the sails. I've always liked the bullet side scoops. To me they just look cleaner than the bulky fake scoops on the Cobra/GTs, I thought about installing them on my wife's 99 anniversary GT, but ultimately put them on the Cobra.

Wonder if the owner is a member on here? He posted this picture on Facebook. Said he did the hood mod on his termi. He's catching a lot of heat for it. Said the blower wouldn't fit.

Crazy if you ask me!View attachment 1688691

I saw that! I was a bit confused as to why he would cut a hole unless I’d was a 5.4 so I just moved on before my brain hurt

I backed mine out of the garage to put together a new treager, noticed I need to put the fog light back in and the car got stuck in the driveway

Yeah, when I saw your post above the first thing I checked was where you lived. When I saw 'Maine' (our favorite vacation destination), I saw the need to replace the race springs. Not the flattest roads. LOL.

Exactly. The car came from FL which down there it works fine, much flatter non crown frost heaved roads. When I first got the car the previous owner tagged me in a post about me buying it and I mentioned how low it was. One of their friends said, he has no idea what low really is. I replied with, have you ever driven a mile of road in my state?

And how about speed bumps? We have them around here and if you're not paying attention BAM! Ask me how I know. LOL.

I would bet a lot of our roads down here in Connecticut are about the same as yours.

Getting serious about doing the FTBR IRS kit. Something I've wanted to do for a while, but never bit the bullet. Problem now is where do I stop! Rear would feel solid and planted, but then the front may feel sloppier.

But.....when you DO stop you'll have a Cobra with a rock solid suspension, front and rear! ;)

I did the FTBR bushings when I first got the car. IMO it brought the rear end up to match the front. At that point I was on H&R race springs with stock Bilsteins. I think the car rides better with the bushing upgrade too. You won't be upset if you just do the bushings.

Now the bushings with a MM k member and coilovers? Awesomeness.
