All I hope is there is evidence/proof either way and it's settled. Here's hoping for justice, what ever that may be.
Unfortunately, he has to prove he’s innocent.
They don’t need much to “prove” he’s guilty.

Since this is the internet and I have no shame in asking, what was it about?
Long story short, a guy I know (friend of a friend, wasn't my friend) accused me of hitting on his girlfriend (I didn't) and said he'd "get me." He used to beat her up. One day he beat her up and to cover it up they made up a story about how she was kidnapped and raped. They accused me of being one of the people that did it.
Hope that douche boyfriend went to prison for the beating and got charged with false reporting.
Nope and nope. He did go to jail for assault with a deadly weapon for pulling a gun on me and a friend of mine though.
Good grief, what a nightmare. Good on you for not putting them in the ground.
It was a pretty ****ing shitty time. Believe me I thought about it. The lead detective warned me about any retaliation at all being a felony, even with them being lying pieces of shit.
So this pos and his girl can come inches from literally ruining your life with no charges filed against them for lying and they warn you about retaliation?
Talk about ****ed.
What does that say about actual justice?
had a buddy accused of raping a girl. He was woken up, manhandled by the police like he was some scumbag and tossed in jail with no second thoughts and no discussion or looking to potentially see if the woman was telling the truth.
thankfully he was a bar tender in the area and well liked so friends banded together and asked around and retraced his steps the night of said rape. After some digging and access to credit card receipts they went bar to bar gathering video evidence starting from the bar he met the woman and each bar she willingly went after. Got witness stories from other bartenders and servers to prove she was willingly being physical with him and then hopped in an Uber to go home with him.
this took months and he spent all that time sitting in jail but after being shown the footage and talking to other friends the woman came forward an admitted she was drunk and embarrassed. No idea what came of it for her but thankfully he was released.

There are two sets of rules for right and wrong between men and women.
My ex mother in law assaulted me the first time I called the cops for interference for child custody/visitation.
Soon as I said I’m calling the cops and put the phone to my ear she started running for me.
I ran down the street and was beating on a neighbors door so I’d have a witness. I’m giving a play by play to the dispatcher as I’m running.
EX MIL yanked my arm down and yelled “he’s lying “ repeatedly into my phone while I was on the line with 911.
Funny that I’m reporting an assault, telling them I’m running down the street to get away, and she’s yelling in MY phone and all she gets is a Class C Misdemeanor assault.
Cop told me that I did good not to defend myself physically, said I’d likely get charged and arrested since I’m a big strong guy and she was a women.
**** women and their equal rights shit. They aren’t equal. Most don’t want to be either. Freeloading scumbags

Buddy of mine is a magistrate and he deals with all kinds of cases. He oversaw the initial hearing of a guy charged with child molestation and supposedly they had enough evidence on him that there really wasn't much of a question on whether he did it or not. Buddy set his bail as high as he could. The guy looked at him and said "Jeez, its not like I killed her." I honestly couldn't imagine sitting in his seat and not wanting to unload on the guy.
I have a sterling gray that was there when all this went down. When I got it back, 1/3 of my engine compartment was gone and I'm still getting it all put back together. Going to run me nearly $10k just to get it back to the shape it was in when I dropped it off.

I had no idea he was stealing money from everyone and now I know that includes me. I want everyone to know I did my best to get their vehicles back , as well as any parts that have been ordered or scattered. There were over 40 cars here that we had to track down owners, cuz he would never write down phone numbers. I can say that every car here has been successfully been returned to their owners. Unfortunately 90% of them where torn apart and he sold everyone stuff ( from what I was told the customer agreed to it. I now know it’s a lie). I have pushed day after day for him to order parts so I can finish vehicles. He would send multiple pictures to people saying it’s their parts. Thank you to those that are understanding. Please understand that frank kept all financial information away from his family.
That being said there is no money for her to issue refunds. This isn’t her fault and she has Nothing. Whatever she can sell is barely enough for her and her kids to move forward with their lives.
