Client’s new Corvette just arrived and he almost immediately brought it in for some correction and protection. Paint had the expected dealer installed swirls. This little red Corvette is now pretty much defect free, super glossy and protected for the foreseeable future!


The ‘details’:
Gary Dean shampoo.
Nanoskin fine grade ‘clay’ mitt.

That car is begging for a rear spoiler though. lol Still on the fence with these cars.

Yeah, the dealer really messed up the paint. Wonder how much damage was done between the factory and dealership. Awesome detailing. That paint now POPS.

Excellent as always. I wondered when you’d get one of these to work on.
As Tony said it needs a spoiler, but I think they are good looking with the right options.

Yep, dealer prep, or lack thereof, was what I believe to be the root of the defects. (I too would be interested to see where it received the majority of them-factory or dealer)

Yeah, the paint on these are all texture city. TONS of peel/texture and it's a crime!

This was a base car, no Z51 option or anything, so no wing, etc.

Thats alot of money to pay on a Car and the paint looks that bad at the Dealer.

Looks really good now though and great work.
