How about waiting until the facts come to light before rushing to judgement. Innocent until proven guilty is one of the principles our constitutional republic was founded upon.

If he is guilty then let him pay the price. If he is innocent he shouldn't have to deal with being crucified

Update: Frank was in court earlier this month and was given a "calendar call" for next February. I think if he's found guilty he might spend the next 30+ years in lockdown. The kidnapping charges alone are probably worth 20. Top that off with rape and molestation and he might never see a sunset again. The guy was a good engine builder and tuner but he decided to take an evil path that cost him his life and likely ruined the life of a young girl.

Here/there/some other silly place
**** him. Hope he gets savagely beaten every other day.

Oh you can count on it as child molesters are the very bottom of the Totem pole when it comes to prison population. His best chance is to just go crazy as soon as he is put in his cell with his cell mate and then be in solitary. I give him 1 in 12 that he'll complete his sentence if he is in general population.

Most convicts make it a game to single out these individuals and just take them out or mess them up real bad. I remember back in 1997 or 1998 where a molester got doused majorly with hydrocloric acid and so got 2nd degree burns on about 35% of his body. Trying to think at which Fed pen it was at I'm going to say either St Quetin or Angola.

Incorrect. Until he is convicted he is PRESUMED innocent. there is a world of difference between the two.

Sure. Because no one is ever innocent once they have been charged.. as even after "winning" at trial, they are only "not-guilty" thereafter.

It is the legal system protecting themselves and their bad decisions.

BTW: The term "presumed" can be replaced with "considered"..and I think when someone says, "innocent until proven guilty" we can presume they meant considered.

Presumption of innocence - Wikipedia

Well...
"Any arrest that does not result in a conviction, is a bad arrest."
Judge Broderick, NH (removed from the net since I stated quoting him)

If the guy is guilty, he will pay.
He may pay even if he is not guilty..by going to prison anyway, or "only" carrying the charge on his not-guilty shoulders forever and dealing with being "assumed guilty."

I'd bet not many of you have been falsely accused of a serious crime and gone to jail for something you didn't do. Child molesters deserve to die and burn in hell, but calling for an accused person to be tortured and killed is pretty sick. I had an uncle who went to prison for molesting some of my cousins when they were kids. A few years ago as adults, they told my mom that their mom had told them to lie about him. They flat out admitted it never happened. The guy spent many years in prison getting the standard treatment a child molester gets because my mentally ill aunt coached her kids to lie.
I'm not making any statement about this particular case, just pointing out that all these calls for extrajudicial punishment could put you on the side of torturing an innocent person.
