Front air splitter

I've been looking at many new '20 GT500's and noticed that some have the front air splitter and some do not. Is this just a simple attachment that bolts on? Are some dealers not installing this part and allowing their customers to do this? I remember on my '14 that there was a bottom piece that was in a box in the trunk and I'm curious if it's the same with the '20.

You referring to the small winglets on the front? If so these are part of the handling and CFTP and installed by the owner. The actual splitter itself is installed by dealer as the cars are shipped w/o them for ground clearance

They're shipped in the passenger seat.
