Best VPN for Apple TV/Firestick at the Device Level?

I need to change location to get around local blackouts. I've messed with these in the past but have always struggled with speeds for streaming content. I would prefer to do it at the device level and not on the router.

Thoughts? Recommendations?

I use ExpressVPN on my Fire TV and my iPhone and iPad when I want to watch things that are only in a specific region or region blocked. You can set it up on the router or at the app level for specific devices. It works great and allows you to select from numerous countries, and for places like USA you can even select different cities within the country. Great for Netflix.
