that’s a nice F150 BUT wasn’t the Nascar Edition only offered in 1998

There were also some in 1999 and they were not all single cab 2x4. I bought it new and the nascar package was on the window sticker from ford not a dealer modified truck. It has nascar embroidered seats, small nascar decals on both bedsides and the tailgate. And the narrow stripe. Back in the day the guys that had the 98s would never accept the fact that there was a 99 nascar package.

That would be a wet dream to get that good. My truck got 18mpg the first month then a lift and 35s, not it’s 8-12 depending which way the wind is blowing. Head wind,8. Tailwind 12. It has 4.10 gears, doesn’t matter if I am going 80(speed limit) or 120.

Pffff my ‘00 4.6 xlt has 245k and counting and still runs great... honestly surprises me as I haven’t had my truck for probably 80k miles and fully expected it to be destroyed and it has been fine just needs trans and diff fluid done again.

I have no real complaints about the turning radius however, I've only ever owned mega cab trucks so it's all I've really known. I imagine it is similar to a quad cab long bed truck though.
