Ideally, yes. However if it were me, nobody I "previously" know would see me as I'd be the hell outa dodge.

This Himi LOL dude says I'm going to get my buddy fired. I can't tell if the he knows something or if he's being an internet buzzkill. Either way my friend is too nice a guy to risk it. I wouldn't want to jeopardize his side gig as an MD. The others were a bit more gruesome. Not really "lol" stuff.

my wife works in the medical field, it just takes the wrong person to see that and recognize it and there is a a HIPA violation and someones getting fired. seen it happen. just looking out for ya.
