I'm very glad that I have a auto in my car lol. I couldn't imagine trying to shift this thing.. The G-forces are insane lol.

Do you still street drive it at all? Thats the only thing really keeping me from switching is i drive mine on the street constantly.

I can I just choose not to. I go to cars and coffee now and again.

I think it’s the 2.84 1st. My trans doesn’t have a OD. But I can add one easily enough.

Randy Seward runs an FB trans and leaves in first gear and he's run some 7.9x passes recently...twin turbo 363 fox body. Fast!

You're car looks great and runs awesome.

Thanks man! It’s a Freddy Brown transmission. If I ever go turbo I’ll upgrade the valve body to leave in 2nd

Haven't updated this in a while. Went out again and got a new PB.. Wasn't a 5.3 but man it was close. Track was so sticky I couldn't get enough power out of the car on the launch.

With that I came home, then my wife left me in the garage... Sold my Baer, pulled off the entire hydroboost, and pulled my blower off...

-Lamb Component Brakes going on, super cool they set everything up to your brake peddle. So no proportioning valve. Ceramic bearings, zero drag etc.
-Racecraft manual steering etc.
- Sending blower to Vortech for a billet wheel..

Figure I might as well just skip 5.3's and go straight to 5.2s. The Baer brakes dragged a lot so there is def going to be some MPH and ET improvement alone from there.. I figure 5.2@131 is going to be my new goal.. See what the billet wheel does for MPH.. Might get really stupid and add a 2.70" upper from my 2.90"

How much weight are you taking off? What’s the race weight now?
I used to run a 4R/AOD hydrid and that 2.40 was better than the 2.84 but a second gear leave would be a great option.

Damn! Thats getting it, i switched to the billet wheel and i saw a 1lb increase of boost the whole rpm range without changing any pullies,get the bellmouth for the blower inlet it actually works as well.

Man I have no clue honestly. It used to weigh under 3100lbs when I left Cali. But then I added the cage but removed weight too. If I had to guess it’s probably gonna be sitting between 3050-3100 still without me in it.

yea I can’t do a second gear left with this blower. I can’t leave with enough power as it is in some cases. Car still leaves really well at 4500. I didn’t post the vid of my new Pb but it was solid

what blower rpm are u spinning? I’m at 71-72 right now at 7.8k. So I’m spinning it pretty good. Bell mouth over the turbo Guard??

Very nice! Should pick up a lot of MPH with those changes.

I think so too. Like I said if I can get to 131-32 that would be legit
