It has been over a week since I sent the first email.

Not defending the guy, I've had zero dealings with him, but it is the holiday season and he may be on vacation. I'd give it a week or 2 into the new year for a response.

Never saw this thread but I would like to add HCM doesn’t have the longevity some of the other companies have. I had their hood, still have their trunk and spoiler (for now), original firewall, original radiator support, cowl, and defroster vent.
I can’t speak for all of their work but they have a notorious reputation for sketch work. The car the parts my car now has had more parts of his but the car owner who is my good friend decided to build a drag car and sold me all but the front carbon bumper. I will tell you that HCM put that car together terrible, tek screws held the panels on as he didn’t bother to fit them correctly.

To play devils advocate I’m sure his fitment issues have been fixed... however his quality has not; as a matter of fact he’s now reduced the amount of carbon used in his hoods for example.
The hood I traded some how warped and was showing signs of cracking a year after owning it and taking care of the hood.
Now for every single piece I mentioned above they are cracked; I maintained these all the same as my paint and the hood and all varied but the spoiler began micro cracking 8 months after it was put on. I am not alone in these issues. Before I left FB these problems came up from time to time on various Mustang pages.
The original owner of the parts wanted to warranty the parts to get them fixed and Sigala told him get bent and he didn’t mention it was on my car.

That sucks, at this point, I am convinced the guy is a thief, I have sent three emails, no response sent a FB message that was never read, called and texted the phone number posted here and on the website to be told by whoever answered that it's the wrong number. He posted a BLACK FRIDAY SALE on his website to clearly try to steal some more money from unsuspecting fools (me) thinking it is a legit business. It is weird because he has all kinds of C8 CF parts on the website, leading you to believe he is still in business and actively creating and selling new parts. I am sure my bank will get my money back, I just really wish someone else made a CF grill delete LOL I hate that cheap plastic part every time I look at the front of my Cobra. @Carbon Driven - you guys should seriously develop one!! I love your other CF parts!!

I’m in same boat. Ordered grill delete 11/15/20 as well as cobra letters. No responses via email or IG. Glad I didn’t buy something large.

I waited a long time for my letters. His after sale support is terrible, ended up emailing him like an angry girlfriend until they showed up.

I send my business to Robert at Carbon Driven now and if he doesn't have a piece I need I get the stock piece hydrodipped.

UPDATE from Sigala. I asked them for a refund and they processed my request. They said that they have had serious health issues that I can empathize with. They explained them but I won’t air that here. Based on their response I do not think anything nefarious is occurring.

They also just put a post on FB and IG updating their customers of the situation.

Well I’m getting my mirrors CF skinned by a guy, should have them back next week. If they turn out well, I may just send a blank grill delete and other small items to get skinned when/if carbon driven doesn’t make the part I want.

Also considering learning to do it myself. Doesn’t seem too difficult or a job and materials are cheap.

I have also seriously considered doing the same. If you go down that road post a how to thread for us.

Remember the Camaro at SEMA that had wood screws holding the body kit on? And they were blatantly screwed in from the sides. I used to drive by his shop going to my buddies place in Ramona. Funny how they always had the same cars parked out front. Last I heard was they would take the cars across the border to work on. I don't know how true that is, but I'll never deal with them.

Well I can’t endorse the CF skinner I used BUT here’s the result.

Well, Sigala delivered, after all, I just opened the box and the grill delete piece looks AWESOME!! Glad they came through in the end, I did not think it would happen until the box was on my doorstep.

Been thinking of changing my stainless steel inserts for Sigala carbon fiber ones. After reading this thread IDK if I will.
