This is for late model ('15-20) F150 guys...we received 24-34" of snow in my area a couple weeks ago....
As you can see from the pics, the roads were impassible until plowed. And for over 24hrs, they were only plowed to one lane and the plow piles were waist deep. (it made oncoming traffic a challenge to say the least!)

After things got opened up, I spent three days moving from place to place with my snow blower in the bed helping friends and family get cleaned up.

I found this "How-to" to make extended splash aprons for the front fender liners.
HOW TO: Summers22 splash/apron mod for front wheel wells - Ford F150 Forum - Community of Ford Truck Fans
These pics show how NASTY our roads make our trucks in the north during winter time.
They might not look perfect...but it was worth every moment of effort and expense!

Notice all the salt & slop on the upper control arm...

See the white line on the control arm where all the slop stops? These have made a huge difference! All that junk was in the engine bay before...unfortunately I ran without them for two years and already have rust forming in weird places. I wish I had installed these on day one! (you can see the large gap where the plastic liner stops from the factory)

Wherever the gov't tells me.
I’ve owned this 2021 Tundra TSS Off-Road for about 3 months now and just rolled over 1100 miles. I’m seriously impressed with it and will likely not go back to one of the “Big 3” for trucks anytime in the near future.

I’ve done some mods here and there, but for the most part am leaving this one stock exterior/suspension wise.

I’ve done the AJT Design interior blackout, the tailgate letter inserts, BakFlip MX4 cover, painted mirror caps, and the Gibson exhaust and S&B intake just showed up. Those will go on this weekend, along with the TRD front skid plate and both TRD sway bars.

How was the install/wiring any aux lights?
Not too bad. I hate taking off interior trim pieces, so that sucked. Ford made it very easy to wire up the aux switches on the gen 2. There is a “pass-thru” bundle at the passenger kick-panel that ends in the engine bay next to the hot side of the aux switches. The middle “reverse light” took me a long ass time because the instructions were not the most clear for which wire to tap into.

By far the worst part was the bitch ass piece of shit **** sucking no good couldn’t stay on for shit **** **** dildo riding clips. Took over 20 tries to get them lined up and in place. We would get 3 out of 4 started and the 4th bolt/clip would either get moved and not lined up or fall off completely. **** them things. But I have a better solution for next time.

I need to do a water/seal test on it. The wife said my truck smelled funny (I couldn’t smell it), after a rain storm. Didn’t find any water in the cab or signs of it. But need to check just in case.

Yea the Gen 1 is a PITA when it comes to aux switches. Did it on my first one but have yet to bother this go around.

I think my 3rd brake light is leaking so want an excuse to upgrade it lol. Stock seals are trash but I thought the GJ had a good seal. I would pour water over it with a hose, unscrew and then check to see if any water got in.
