Here in Kansas, it tota
lay depends on what kind of winter we are having. Where we used to live, in suburban Overland Park, they laid way too much salt/sand down anytime there was a single snowflake in the air. We moved to a more rural, edge of KC area closest to lenexa, and last year they didn't put much down. We only had two real snowfalls. So I am hoping for little of the frozen stuff. Will see. If the roads are clear and dry, without much salt left over, I usually got it out for a 15 minute drive, cleaned it off and back into storage. I just do not like the idea of letting it sit for 3-4 months.Agreed. The thing that concerns me is the salt and sand they lay down.
