Hi Gang,

I put an incognito lower pulley on the hawk. Mods are JLT intake, 100 octane via boostane, incognito lower pulley. Tune is stock, suspension stock, wheels stock, rims stock. Needless to say I am very happy. Car really moves out. I really think a 10.8-10.9 is easily possible under better conditions etc. AFR was spot on 12.8-13.0.

You’re in the safe range if that was At WOT. Usually you’d be around 0.80 lambda give or take a few hundredths.

For regular gas, that’d be around 11.5-13.3 AFR. 13.3 puts you at ~0.88 lambda. Likely a little higher than most tuners would safely run but should be safe.

I’d still recommend an actual tune or at least some data logs of the pull to ensure your numbers are correct.

Thanks. Looking back at my runs at wot I’m between 11.8-12.1.

sorry for the confusion. But if she dies I’m putting the hellephant in this bitch. Lolololol.

Strange. What do these log stock? They have to be super rich if you’ve increased boost but not tuned it.

Serious question. Why won't you get a custom tune? Warranty preservation? If it were me, I absolutely would get a tune. I'd be more concerned about engine preservation than warranty preservation (if that's your factor).

Or.....maybe you just want an excuse to install a Hellephant. LOL.

lol. The seller of my pulley kit has sold over 2000 of them with no engine failures. So I know I’m safe but....

Don't these pull timing even with the stock set up? When we did the baseline on my hellcat my tuner was bitching about how it would pull timing even with the stock set up. That was on 91 though.

Could this be leaning out OPs AFR?

Yeah the stock cal doesn’t even like 91. Takes work just to get the knock sensors to behave on these cars. It’s all that’s keeping this particular 6.2 in one piece

Watch the AFR on a cold hit before it gets into COT. If it’s anywhere above 12:1 at wot it’s scary. I’d say log knock but you probably don’t want to see that

Get out of here with actual knowledge and information. This is no holds bar balls to the walls run it until it breaks testing.
