Anyone else replace their rear OEM shaft nuts for these locking half shaft nuts? Just noticed this in SVT_Troys build thread and I'm thinking about getting these as well so I don't have to keep checking the torque twice a year.

The details have been up here for a while ----> Suspension
Oh wow, I totally missed this. Thanks much. Believe me, I have read through your site quite a bit. It is an amazing amount of great info. I'm basing my whole suspension set-up off of yours. Currently trying to get the Steeda front k-member in the group buy 2.0. The only problem is Eibach decided to discontinue their rear sway bar so I'm on the hunt for one of those.

The Taz site is another site that has been around longer (This site and the Miracerros site) and has a lot of useful info as well. IMO these sites dont get the credit they deserve, as they were really the start of sites like jrgoffin's site.

The nylock nuts are mentioned here:

Just saying... ;-)

Did Eibach use the same part number for the 99/01 bar and the 03-04 bar?

@01yellercobra, why don't u want to run the eibach sway bar? I just put one on mine and it feels great. I didn't know these were discontinued. I just bought one a few months ago from Lethal.

To the OP, I recently did a FTBR kit and replaced the axle nuts with the OE ford nylock nuts. I also used a little red loctite just to be safe. I have checked them several times and they have not budged.

Mostly because I have no interest in dropping the tank or the IRS to install it. I already have the FTBR bushings and coilovers all around. I'm pretty happy with how it handles.
