Seems like I've been searching for the right SVT for a while now!...came across this 2001 with 48K, 2 owner, will let it go for 14k. Looks a little high from what I've seen but ????

If that's the dealer price, its pretty close to what I'd expect one to ask.

99-01 values are weird, cleaner high mileage cars go for close to $10k and as you see, lower mileage ones don't sell for much higher.

I sold my 01 Zinc Yellow that had 36k on it for $12k a few years ago.

I have noticed the price going up on the 99-01.
They make a good mod base.

I looked for a green 99 for three years back in 03-06, before I just bought one sight unseen. I paid 13k for it back then...with same miles...but the prices set it seems.

I flew down to AL and drove her up to NH.

It really is up to you how long you wait.
Make an offer; see how it goes.

I keep looking at 2010+ green Camaros, but the price is going up on those and the yellow ones everyday.

Actually a private party. In no hurry, looked pretty clean, has a few mods done that can easily be undone to bring it back to bone stock with the parts included. Thanks for the input!

Couple months ago for 2001s I saw blue book has gone up for low mileage, you dont see that very often. For a low mileage pristine original condition I would guess with 10 to 20k miles $16,000----for 21 to 30k miles $15,000,----31 to 49k $14,000. You are in the ball park, depends on condition and if the interior is as nice as what the outside looks like. And what if any issues or modifications. It has been lowered which is not a bad thing. with just very few minor issues-------- $ 13500 might be a good buy

Glass packs (really)!!? and two owner, guess I would be a little more leery, need to see a CARFAX (although some things dont always show up) It sure does look nice. California car is usually a good thing.

Chances are they're Borla Stingers. I've seen people call them glass packs because of the shape. I can't see someone spending the money on tips and mufflers and having them installed. That's about catback money.

After crossing the 50k mark it will devalue pretty fast but if your like me I dont buy based on what the value will be but only if I like it and what the value is to me.

Well I would like it to be worth at least what I'll pay for it....not looking to retire, but I'm reading their value may be on the rise...albeit slowly....

The blue book on it is around 12.5k. If it's that clean of a car then 12.5 to 13k is a fair price to me. All in all its what you're comfortable with paying. If you like the car an extra 500 1k bucks may be worth it

I have an 01 cobra vert. It’s Oxford white with 42500 miles and it’s in really good condition inside and out. I have about 13000 in modification work done to the car all of which are done to only make the car more stable and to trim the corners Ford cut. I wouldn’t be afraid to ask 18000 all day being Kelley blue book puts the cat at just under 16k on the high end of the Good condition value. And again it’s all in what you want. I love my 01 and have no plans on selling it anytime soon.
I may get him that low...but that might be a stretch! Thanks for that...
