Has anyone tried installing the ac vent mount for the n gauge in a 2010 gt500? I know it says 11-14 but it looks to me like it will work w the 2010 but im not certain. Has anyone tried and succeeded? Thanks for any help. Would love to have the vent mount instead of the clip on or suction cup mount.

Are you referring to this gauge mount

2010-2014 Mustang Vent Gauge Pod | Etsy

I am going to order one for this winter to install. In the reviews I read that one response was from a 2010 GT500 owner who said it fit perfectly...so I am going to take his word on it.

I did one in my 07 using a stock vent that I bought off of ebay and gutted. Wrapped some elec tape around the Ngauge mount cup and it fits in nice and snug. Been this way for a few years, no problems.

You have a picture? My ngauge is on the suction cup and i'm not a fan. Does the gauge pod block air flow or allow it? Thanks!
Finally got a pic today. The gauge will block airflow, I put a clean rag in the vent so heat doesn't cause any issues with the NGauge. Most all of the vent is blocked off with the NGauge. Sun glare is an issue at times but I like where it is mounted.

Awesome. The vent being blocked is a deal breaker for me. As for glare, I think that must be an NGauge thing...
