That is because I had to downsize the file to upload it call. When I made it smaller it made it blurry

Anybody want to pass some other screen names? FB perhaps? There’s a pretty big 03/04 classified and tech group. That blower should be pretty rememberable.

I would research this guy online to gather as much information as possible, and then do everything you can to get your money back... At a minimum I’d contact his local police department and see if they can help. It sounds crazy but it could be something the FBI can help with too. I’d also try to figure out his employer and start making calls... Probably all long shots but I wouldn’t let it go.
