Friends, please read and follow suit

Though it’s easy for most to simply say “Today is a day to give thanks for all the wonderful blessings I have”. I’m reminded that there are several out there who are incapable of finding anything to be thankful for, or at best, finding it difficult to do so.

Frankly, I recognize I have more than I deserve, more than I need, and probably more than I should have.

So today, after I’m finished giving thanks for the over abundance of things I’m grateful for, I’m taking a moment to pray for several of the following.

-those who are heavily grieving the loss of loved ones
-those that cannot afford to put food on the table for themselves and/or their family
-those who are alienated from people they were once close with
-those battling the hell that is addiction
-those wrestling with all types of mental illness
-our troops who cannot be with their families because they’ve prioritized protected our ability to do so
-those who are not physically well due to all varieties of ailments
-those who cannot be in the presence of ones they love
-those struggling to find hope in general
.....and so many more

My prayers go out to you. If I knew who you were, I’d give you everything I don’t “need”. Nothing would make me more thankful than to give YOU something to give thanks for

If it has coolant jackets and no o-rings I don't see how it's going to be one the most powerful but it is one hell of a car.

I beg to differ the fastest street car in the world that is a 5.97 1/4 mile car has a coolant jacked block Tom Bailey

Well....this is happening. As much as I LOVE the mint stock seats, I need some support in a car this serious. The compromise? Some new Recaros with period correct netted headrests. Will get some extra fabric to custom upholster a rear seat to match

Well said. I spent my Thanksgiving in the hospital. Infection in my back lead to an ER visit and being admitted for an MRI and testing. Guess what test is first up? Yep. Covid. Nurse came back and says "Guess what else you have?" I said "not a surprise". They wanted to remove the neuro stimulator in my back due to the infection, but didnt want to put me under due to the virus. So, I was there from Wednesday evening until Monday afternoon. I feel rather well now and am thankful/grateful that it wasnt and hasnt been worse. My daughter has it and so does my son. Daughter has the exact symptoms as I do. None of us are doing poorly from it. Hopefully it stays that way.
So, yeah I spent too much time at the hospital, but I can be thankful that I didnt need a ventilator or worse and that my kids are doing as well as they can be while hopefully building immunities to this stupid crap. Ok. Enough said, but thanks for the kind words man. See you at some point when we head up north.
Edit......love the seats too man.

Where are you at in Plymouth? I used to live above The Coffee Bean and would see some nice cars parked on Penniman during the summer and occasionally parked my Mustang out front in the driveway.

Bro, so happy to hear you’re doing well! I’ve known several people that have had it and it wasn’t much more than a bug but I recognize it’s effecting some very seriously. Just glad you’re ok.
