Hockey players take dives just as bad as soccer players.

I'm gonna assume you made a horrible typo and meant to type "basketball players," and I'll agree with that. But hockey players diving as much as soccer players?

Vid got taken down. Is there another somewhere
Just click on the 'Watch This Video On YouTube" link below the 'Video Unavailable' message.

That was an unbelievable and horrific crash. The car being split in two going through the barrier and the driver walking away is a miracle. Horrific!!

LOL at "exciting season this year". Lewis with the "The redbull's are fast, or this race was so difficult" while finishing with a 30 sec lead. Throw them all in F2 cars, or like machinery, and my money is on max. I used to be a big Lewis/Button fan until he started all the race shit.

Also +1 on the V8/V10 era.

Good to see Grosjean walk away from that one. Sucks that that might be his last F1 race since he will not be with HAAS next year.

At least he went out with a bang...

Ah Jeez, too soon?

But yea I'm a big Raikkonen and Vettel fan so not very exciting. Curious how Aston will do next year.

This Grand Prix accident was horrific as well. The video puts my stomach in a knot.

****ing hell, that dude was a missile. Haven't seen that before. Need to do a little digging and see what that was about.

It was a woman. The vid explains most of it.

Edit: okay watched the end of the video. A couple people had a bad day. Jokes deleted.

Spectacular crash. Reminds you when you're coming in hot on the brakes every turn, if you get clipped and lose static friction you'll never be able to scrub the speed in time. Takes balls (lady balls in this case) to do that and not worried a little nudge will turn you into a lawn dart.

If you haven't watch Indy racing, I'd recommend it. Honestly, it's far more exciting open wheel racing than the product F1 is fielding right now.

I know it sounds blasphemous, but F1 could learn a lot from Indy car right now.

Exactly, just can't get into watching the cookie cutter indy car crap wagons...

Won't deny that it is quite generic. It's just not 99% predictable like F1.

F1 is in serious trouble. It's more sizzle than steak at this point. All glitz and glam, with pathetic actual racing. It's really more parading around than anything, with a few minutes of actual racing sprinkled in across all the cars not in 1st. Ugly looking cars (they look like they are 40ft long), crappy engines, terrible tires, etc. They need help.
