Anyone boosted running the Exedy ET04XD Hyper twin disc clutch with the mt82? I have been waffling between the RXT/RST, but I love that this Exedy is ceramic, not organic, has sprung hubs (hopefully much easier on the mt82, which loves to blast apart), and is a nice twin capable of a ton of power for future growth. Can anyone give some feedback? thanks!

Hey!

The Exedy twin disc clutch is a great hidden option that most times gets overlooked by the RST/RXT. Ive heard nothing but great feedback on that clutch from customers that have used it. I personally have another recommendation for you with our KEVLAR faced Lethal Performance LPX/LPXHD twin disc clutches. These are some strong well built clutches that will be able to withstand abuse while not being aggressive on the MT82:

Okay thanks very much, that's very helpful insight. I'll check out yours as well. I already have a driveshaft and opg/cs and other stuff in my black friday cart @ Lethal!! Lol

Also, I like the Exedy has sprung hubs, hoping for smoother engagement and ultimately helping the mt82 stay alive, lol. I like the LPX too though with the Kevlar. Would you say the Exedy has a "smoother engagement" with those sprung hubs? I've read countless posts of RXT blowing out the mt82... so trying to avoid a clutch that shocks the hell out of it (no drag racing for me... maybe occasional amateur road course racing)
