Waiting to close on my house in 3 weeks, then the hunt is on. Definitely doing 401A and 10speed. Xplan with destination on that exact package is 42,787 and incentives are 2750.00 which brings it down to 40,037.00. Wonder if I can do better? I’ve bought the last 5 Stangs on Xplan. I’m in Florida if that makes a difference. Just want some opinions. Thanks

You need some Brandon Ford in your life:

New Ford mustang Tampa FL

Im sure you can negotiate off a little more if you bring down payment in hand and can play the game. Good luck.

i wonder what’s the catch with that pricing?
They want to be the #1 uncontested volume Ford dealer in the world. Period. Its between them, and Galpin Ford in Los Angeles. They move their units at or near cost and they make MONSTER kickbacks on # of units sold. Thats thier game, you benefit. :D

Originally they wanted the #1 Super Duty dealer in the world, then they said F it, we want it all.

@Cobra1776 Forgot to add, they also make a lot of money when you go talk to the finance guy. Any product they offer at the dealer level is typically pure profit. They make A LOT of their money back from the car there, but they make you feel like hey, Im still under MSRP and I get all this? Boom.

Some things may already be on the car like tint, door edge guards and the BIGGEST ripoff, VIN glass etching.

Be clear that you only want the car and maybe tint, cause its Florida. If you are calm and confident, and not afraid to walk away if they insist on including any of it that you dont want then you can get their advertised price.

Its a battle of will, be prepared.

X plan is easily beatable. I paid well under X plan 2 weeks ago on mine

Just a heads up there is a recall on the Mustangs now. @13COBRA can give an idea of what the time frame is.

I went in with a check from Navy Federal and they didn’t try to sell anything. Out of finance office in 7 minutes (timed it).

Thanks all. I have no issues buying from whomever. I do have a trade 2019 Tacoma 4 door,V6 SR5 super clean 33k miles.. so most likely will have to stay somewhat near Jax Fl to make it happen.

Couldnt hurt to give them a call and see what they will give you. Used car/truck pricing is retarded right now. Either way, let us know if you make a move. Good luck!

Check Carvana first, they are beating everyone on buying price. After that I would see what the dealer has to offer. My dealer was within a few dollars of Carvana and just the time saved for me was worth it
