Just for future reference if you ever have issues connecting via Bluetooth or want to talk easier on the phone, they make neckloops that you can plug into your phone like a normal headset, but it goes around your neck like a necklace. You just switch to your telecoil mode and bam, awesomeness. I've been using that the last 15 or so years and it's fantastic.Lol. I knew this was going to be the typical “ford vs chevy” “Apple vs pc” type of discussion. Which is why i asked about apple specifically. I have android, I like them and if I could get one that would stream to my hearing aids I would not consider swapping out my android.
I hated the fact that Apple took the headphone jack out and came up with those ridiculous ear buds neither of which is hearing aid friendly. Had I not lost one of my hearing aids (which didn’t stream) and upgraded to a set that I could stream to I would be keeping my android
Side note, if your hearing ever gets bad enough a cochlear implant becomes an option, do it! I've had HA's since I was 4yo and got my first Cochlear 5 years ago (32 yo). I went from 32% speech recognition with HA's to 97% speech recognition with a cochlear and HA. If you have any questions, holler!
