My money is on these sell like hot cakes. Personally I still think from an ascetic standpoint the bronco is a grand slam but a 392 in the Jeep will be gobs of fun. I’m only jealous I couldn’t get a 392 in the ram.

Soooo over 200 more cubic inches and only 50 more tq than the 2.7? YAWN....
tune and bolt on 2.7 Bronco will drag this shit

The EcoBoost engines drive like a well tuned diesel (pre-emissions), and have a major weight advantage over a 392.

We will see how they stack up, money is on the warthog.

That thing is going to be nasty, and the engine has major potential with just bolt-ons.

Jeep is crazy for not having a full size truck based on the HD Ram 2500. Make it look like an old FSJ and people would line up to pay $80,000 for them.

ROFL at anything with a 2.7 EB being in the same league as a 392 HEMI. If you believe that you either haven't driven a 2.7 F150 or haven't driven a 392 powered vehicle.

392 and 5.0....similar performance levels out of the box, sure, all day.
2.7 and 392....no.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 First Look: The Wrangler V-8 Is Here!

Why would you compare the 2.7 to the 392? From all accounts the top bronco will not be a 2.7 but rather a 3.0 or H.O 3.5 and that would for sure hurt the feelings of a 392.

If you want to make an apples to apples comparison try comparing the current 6cyl in the wrangler and gladiator to a 2.7 EcoBoost. It's no comparison

Ok now I'm stuck. Wanted to start modding my Jeep over the course of the winter now they drop the 392.

I didn't see this posted, you tube reveal.

Seems pretty awesome, 0 - 60 in 4.5 and a 13 sec 1/4? And we used to think a 225hp fox body was awesome! :)

Nope..... dont get me wrong it would be nice but they have found it's not needed. As you know a pretty base model 21 F150 makes 430hp and 570tq so it will only get better from there. I am curious if Ford will actually put the 6.8L in mustang's and F150's or just use it for commercial vehicles
