Bank 1 lean. Can a loose 02 sensor cause this code? ( just put on a h pipe about 250 miles ago) and is this the driver side or passenger? Ty!

Bank one should be the passenger side. A lean code like that could very possibly be a exaust leak. Very possible your new h pipe wasn't installed correctly.

Definitely easy to start with the recent mods.
Guys with long tubes probably know they are a regular maintenance item.
How many miles on your O2 sensors?
And for those running long tubes, while you can pull the harness to allow the stock drivers side bank 2 sensor from a 6.2 F-150 Raptor is cheaper and longer and what I’ve ran the last 2 years.

Yes. I would loosen h pipe bolts, make sure h pipe is adjusted and seated correctly, then retighten. Check 02 sensors and make sure they are tight as well.

From pbd remotely. First tune was with jlt 123mm with the h pipe. Everything went well. Loaded up new tune with the 2.4 pulley, tb, and plugs and this started to happen. When I replaced the drivers side (I now know its the passenger side,, my own fault for not researching enough) I retightend the bolts that go the manifolds (maybe not enough) or i will just back then out and adjust it better as I tighten the h pipe back down and tighten them down more so. Didnt hear any leaks but maybe there is. I had to retap the bung on the passenger side o2 bung cause the o2 wasn't threading in correctly.

Just wanted to update everyone on this. It turned out to be a loose h pipe to manifold on the passenger side. Once tightened up no more check engine after resetting. Hope this helps anyone in the future.
