Have you ever had issues blowing out the FRPS while running return style? After getting my car tuned about 3 years ago I’ve blown 3 while being returnless. My stock fuel pumps are done and I’m Going to install Lethal’s budget return system w/465 walbros.

Not running e85 currently. I’d say 675-700 would be my limit

I picked the 465 for e85, I would definitely recommend getting the PTFE braided stainless steel fuel lines for your setup, having to redo mine Bc I cheaped out originally

No issues with the FRPS after going return. You also don't have spikes in pressure due to a regulator controlling pressures.

I ran a base pressure of 60 psi and 22 psi of boost.... so 82psi of fuel pressure at the rail under boost without issues. I have since gone with a larger injector and lowered it back down to 45 psi base pressure.

Blowing the FRPS is due to your tuner not dialing in the fuel pump voltage.

You can dial it in yourself very easily. Simply buy a $250 moates quarterhorse. Drive around for a bit logging and tunerpro will automatically populate a new fuel pump voltage table for you. You can have it nailed in 2 drives with 0 experience or knowledge.

I had issues blowing the FRPS when I had a BAP running full time. It actually only would pop when starting the car. It only happened when I was down south, never up north where my car is tuned. I think the heat along with the BAP didn't play nice together.
