had a 3 day tourny last week...20 boats. Did ok the first day and got a limit, second day sucked ass with only 1 fish, 3rd day another limit...a good limit (2nd best for the day) but too little too late...ended up 8th overall

Day 2 was 23F at the launch time...60mph at that temp ****in hurts!

What baits did you have the most luck with? I'm down in Texas and using plastics like Senkos and Flukes along with spinner and cranks.

I throw a lot of texas rigged creature baits and jigs...flippin is what im best at

This last weekend i was throwing a chatterbait, creature, crankbait and some topwater mixed in

My best bait this year by far was the Reaction Innovations Spicey Beaver in Tramp Stamp or magic craw swirl colors

Thats a cute little baby muskie.... we got ones in the 50+ inch range commonly getting pulled right out of the Fox River here in Illinois about a mile from my place. Those things are fighters!
Bait thievin whores is what they are...and hell no they wont touch a cheap spinner bait...oh no!...they want a 20 dollar jerkbait or swimbait to cut off your line...****ers all of em

I have seen more 50 + inchers pulled out of WV waters this year. Then in past years. I dont fish for them much. But seems like they like hitting my bass baits, more than my musky baits. Lol.

Today is also my last day of fishing. But, I do european carp fishing. I am the state chairman of new york for the carp anglers group. we have had members represent the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA over in europe. They were from down south. One was a pay laker from the south. Big Big money. A standard carp fishing tournament lasts 3-7 days and you have to sleep and stay at your peg. People bring small boats to chum the area. cast accurately. Match color, flavor, bait to the water temp. I took two amateur pro bass anglers with me to an event and they gave up lol. They said it was too much and too much involved.

I went to a nasty ass dive bar last year and some weird ass lady hugged me, then kissed my wife on the cheek when we sat down. I think this is her nick name.
Check out the names of there baits

The have changed a few color names ( money shot and honey doodoo are gone) they still make those colors but named em different

They have colors named :
Tramp stamp
Dirty sanchez
California 420
Blank check

Some of the baits have fun names like sweet beaver, kinky beaver, Vixen and Vixen barely legal, skinny dipper and more
