Some friends went to the track a few weeks back. Ended up racing a fully built duramax that ran 9s. As far as we know a high pressure fuel line came loose and that caused the fire. Owner was obviously bummed but he was really cool with us in the lanes prior to the run. My buddies Mustang runs in the 10.80 range at almost 130 to give you an idea how fast that duramax is.

We felt really bad for the guy. He was super cool and talked to us the entire time we were in the lanes. It was a triple turbo set up and he redid it to twins. He had turned it up that night to try for a new personal best. Truck was badass.
